Overview:
The maintenance lid has "play" which allows it to slide side to side. When the lid is too close to the right side of the sorter, the lid sensor will not register that the lid is closed.
How to Resolve:
- Slide lid to the left, away from the sensor
- Perform a test sort to ensure the issue is resolved
- If the issue persists, contact Customer Support
