To manage your Roca Sifter, log in to Seller Portal and select Scan & Identify from the top navigation. Then select Manage Roca Devices from the sidebar.
The Manage Roca Devices page displays each Roca device registered to your TCGplayer seller account as an individual device card. From this page, you can:
- View device status
- Start a job
- Update device settings
- Manage sound notifications
- View subscription details

Remove a device from your account
Start a Job
You can start a Roca Sifter job directly from the Manage Roca Devices page.
- Locate the Roca Sifter you want to use.
- Select Start a job.

Device Settings
Select a Roca Sifter from the Manage Roca Devices page to view and update its settings.
Change your device name or location
You can customize the name of your Roca Sifter and add a location to make it easier to identify, particularly if you use multiple devices.
If you did not name your Roca Sifter during setup, its default name will be the last four characters of the device's serial number.
To update the device name or location:

Select the pencil icon next to the device name.
- Enter the desired device name and/or location.

Select Save.
View device status
The Device Status section provides an overview of your Roca Sifter's current activity and connection state, including:
- Total cards processed
- Network connection status
- Current job status
- Error state messages
- If your Roca Sifter displays an error, use this guide to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Start a job
You can also Start a job from within the device Settings by selecting the blue Start a job button. For more information, learn how to start a Roca Sifter job in Scan & Identify.
Sounds and notifications
Use the Sounds and Notifications section to customize audio alerts on your Roca Sifter.
From here, you can:
- Adjust the volume of sound notifications
- Turn high-value card notifications on or off
- Set the price threshold that triggers a high-value card notification
Subscription details
Your subscription status for each device can be viewed from within the Settings. You can also access the subscription management portal to manage your subscription.
Removing a Device
You can remove a Roca Sifter from your account from the bottom of the Settings page.
You may need to remove a device if:
- You want to register the Roca Sifter to a different TCGplayer seller account.
- You are transferring ownership of the Roca Sifter.
Once removed, the device will no longer be associated with your current TCGplayer seller account.
