This guide will go over the third party selling/ buying process, and our certified pre-owned program
Third Party Sales:
At Roca, we empower you as an owner of a Sorter to sell it to another store or buyer at your discretion. The following steps will outline what we will need from seller and buyer, to transfer ownership from our side.
Note that Roca cannot guarantee the condition of any sorter purchased via third party. Therefore, we always recommend asking both seller and Roca for a history and assessment of a machine to help inform your decision.
- Inform your Roca Account Manager via email of your sale or intent to sell, and include the following information:
- Your name and business name
- Machine name
- Buyer's name and business name
- Include language that affirms you have sold your sorter and all compensation and assets have been settled.
- CC your buyer into the email and ask them to also affirm the purchase
- Once we have received those email from both seller and buyer, the buyer will receive a DocuSign Support and Services Agreement
- This agreement is what fully transfers the ownership of the machine and makes the buyer a customer of Roca
- Once this is signed, please open a ticket with our support desk to get assistance setting up the Roca.

Certified Pre-Owned:
At Roca, we offer a Certified Pre-Owned program to purchase select Roca Sorters back from you so that we can refurbish it and offer it for sale at a discount.
Note that Roca requires all sorters to be shipped via factory packaging and that any discussed buy back amount is always pending the review of Roca once we receive the sorter at our location. Your original buyback offer may change depending on the condition of the sorter.
- Inform your Roca Account Manager via email of your intent to sell your Roca back to us as part of this program and include the following information:
- Your name and business name
- Machine name
- Photos and/ or video of the sorter in its current location and of all sides and inside of the sorter
