Overview:
Your Roca does not automatically apply updates when a new set is released. This is to prevent an automatic update occurring in the middle of a sort, which could cause software damage to your sorter.
Instead, we recommend checking our knowledge base website homepage for information regarding new set updates. We will also email you notifications when an update is ready for your Roca, so that you can apply it at your earliest convenience.
How to Update:
Press the 'Roca Menu' button on your tablet:
- Press the blue 'Update' button:
- A white 'Checking Updates' window will appear.
- This window will disappear after 2-5 minutes.
- If this window does not disappear, please refresh the app on your tablet.
- DO NOT power off the unit or attempt to start a sort until you have verified that the update has been applied successfully.
- To verify that the update has been installed, you can go back into the 'Roca Menu' and check the version date under 'Version':
- If the date has been updated to today's date, then the update is finished and you can resume sorting.
