Overview:
If you are purchasing a Roca to be imported into Canada, there are additional steps required by the Canadian Government in order to import your sorter smoothly. Failure to adhere to the recommendations in this guide, could result in your shipment being delayed.
Our Responsibility as the Exporter:
Roca uses Clear It in order to handle all of the export documents needed by the Canadian government to import your sorter.
Steps we take:
- Booking shipment to the address as listed on the sales agreement for your sorter purchase.
- We send you the Bill of Lading (BOL) containing shipment and tracking information through the United States, via email.
- We hand off the shipping invoice to LTL shipping and Clear It.
- Once the shipment has been received by the Canadian border, we are unable to directly influence shipping times or correspondence.
Your Responsibility as the Importer:
You must pay all brokerage and import fees in order to receive your shipment across the border. This includes contacting the broker in order to resolve payments and notices.
If you do not have a broker to handle the import for you, we recommend using Clear It as your broker to handle all brokerage and import fees.
Using Clear It:

- Click the "Get Started" button
- Follow the 5 steps to create an account and handle the import
